Here’s why we utilize the services of a professional home stager.
There are only three things that you have control over when you’re selling your home: marketing, the home’s condition, and price. We have the marketing arm down to a science on our team, so the next thing we have to look at is condition.
If you’re one of the 90% of home sellers who want to get top dollar for their property, we will pay for a stager to meet with you, go through the home, and determine what changes (if any) we should make before we take professional photos of the home.
Ideally, the stager gives some suggestions to help you maximize your sale price, we make the changes, and then we bring in two photographers. One takes photos for the listing online, while the other uses our Matterport 3D camera to capture the home for a virtual tour.
After those are done, it’s our job to use our marketing prowess to get the home in as many places as possible online so that the highest number of potential buyers see it.
