Q: What Makes Our Team Different?

What makes the Kittle Real Estate Team stand out from the crowd?

When I worked at Keller Williams, I was the top-producing agent in the state. When I moved on to Coldwell Banker, I was their No. 1 agent in the state. From those experiences, I realized that agents weren’t getting much from the companies and their brands. The majority of buyers today are going online to websites like Realtor.com, Homes.com, Trulia, and Zillow.

That’s why my partnership has changed. Instead of partnering with a franchise, I’ve become independent and have partnered with Zillow to become a Zillow Premier Agent. That title helps my clients get better placement for their listings on the website, as well as additional features that we’re able to add to their listings to get them better exposure to online browsers. That, in turn, enables us to sell homes faster and for more money.

The future of real estate is online, and an agent’s presence there is very important. These days, 3D virtual tours are standard for our listings; we found that our listings get a lot more engagement with the technology that we’ve invested in. Even further, since Realtor.com competes with Zillow, they’ve realized that our listings receive more engagement, so they boost those listings on their site, too.

 

    Our marketing team has a 178-point checklist of things to do in order to launch a property according to my standards.

 

Homebuyers want to have a convenient home shopping experience from the comfort of their couch. If they look at 30 homes and have to narrow it down to their favorite five, those five are probably going to be listings that have features that enhance the buyers’ shopping experiences.

Agents who work with brokerages are given their own little marketing packages, but on our team, we’ve built our own marketing systems. Our marketing team has a 178-point checklist of things to do in order to launch a property according to my standards. Our strategy is strict and sticks to a recipe. The experiences with the marketing strategies at Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams that I had didn’t benefit my clients—or even me. I still have friends at both of those brokerages, but I felt that my independent path was going to be best for me and my clients.
