What’s our secret to staying leagues ahead of our competitors?
How do we always manage to stay ahead of our competition by leaps and bounds even though we are not a national franchise?
The answer is marketing. Not only do we market our company well, but our clients do, too. As you can see from all the reviews on Zillow, Google, Yelp!, and so on, our customers are raving fans of the ‘wow’ experience we strive so hard to provide. Every day at Kittle Real Estate, we discuss how we can take a real estate transaction and turn it into an experience that clients want to tell their friends and family about. Most of our business is repeat and referral business from people who have heard about us and want us to help them sell their homes. We also have a huge buyer team of 13 agents on duty at all times to make sure that we’re getting buyers in the door as quickly as possible.
Most agents use the individual agent model, meaning they’re trying to do everything themselves, but because they’re juggling all these tasks, they have trouble helping clients immediately when they want to see listings. They simply can’t do everything on their own. By having 30 people on my team, we’re able to deliver our services every day.
Realtors aren’t always thought of very highly—we’re often right down there with used car salesmen. It’s a challenging job and we do work hard, but it’s only harder to do everything you need to when you try to take everything on by yourself. I learned early on that I wasn’t going to be great at doing everything on my own and that I should hire people to help me.
As with any service business, communication is key. Sellers might not always like the feedback they receive (like when their home is overpriced), but at least they’re getting that information so we can make better decisions moving forward.
If you have any questions about our services or would like more details about how we go the extra mile to help you buy and sell homes, don’t hesitate to reach out to the Rob Kittle Team. We’d love to help.
