Katlyn has grown up in the beautiful area of Northern Colorado – living anywhere from Red Feather to the Denver metro. She went on to pursue a degree in Finance at Colorado State University, before finding a passion in Real Estate. She strives to educate others about the ever changing market, as well as the process of buying a house to make into it a home. With a background in leasing and customer service, she expresses a very client focused experience.

Katlyn strives to always be learning and educating about all topics of Real Estate, and holds the values of integrity, and adaptability very close in her business practices. In her free time, she will be found getting lost outdoors, exploring the city, or spending quality time with those around her.
